How can I download the video from the app after the interaction?

To download your interaction video from the TurnSignl app, follow these steps:

1. Open the TurnSignl App: Launch the app on your device.

2. Navigate to Your Recorded Interactions: Click on the three dots on the top left corner and then select the “Call Log” tab.

3. Select Your Video: Choose the interaction video you wish to download.

4. Download the Video: Look for the download option, represented by a download icon or labeled as "Download," and tap on it to save the video to your device.

Please note that interaction videos are available for download for up to 30 days after the incident. If you encounter any difficulties or need further assistance, you can reach out to TurnSignl's support team at support@turnsignl.com.
