Yes, there’s two ways to do this:
Right After Your Interaction: Once your interaction concludes, you’ll receive a few prompts asking about your experience. One of these prompts will ask if you’d like further legal guidance. If you select this option, TurnSignl will connect you with an attorney from our network. This could be the same attorney from your initial call or a different one, depending on availability.
Later: If some time has passed after your interaction and you decide you need further legal support, you can reach out through the TurnSignl app by the “Contact Support” tab, or you can contact us by email at support@turnsignl.com.
