Is your access to TurnSignl provided through your employer or your legal plan?
To successfully activate your subscription, you must use the email address where the activation email was sent when logging in for the first time.
At the log in screen of the app, use that same email address, and the password you created during activation.
- Step 1: Check your email for an invitation from noreply@turnsignl.com to activate your benefit.
- Step 2: Accept the invite and create a password.
- Step 3: Download the TurnSignl app.
- Step 4: Log in using the email address where your invitation was sent.
- Step 4: Allow all permissions (microphone, camera, location). Now you're ready to go!
Once your account has been successfully registered and activated, if you would like to change your default email for login, open a ticket with our support team at https://turnsignl.freshdesk.com/
