Did you send your family members a link to enroll for no cost on your plan, but they still end up on a payment screen?
In most cases, folks are directed to a payment screen when they "Don't Allow Paste" when they first download the app from the app store. This prevents the family plan code from connecting to the app, and forces them to the consumer enrollment process.
To fix this, we recommend having your family members that had issues getting on the plan to force-close & delete the app entirely, then re-click the invite link you sent them!
This will start the process over. Then, when they reach the app store, they should click "Allow Paste", and this should take them directly to the enrollment screen.
